SUCCESS
Graffiti is a major problem throughout our communities and while some parties talk big about it the Labour party are actively campaigning to rid our communities of the eyesore. Both Jim Sharkey and Cllr Rayleen Kelly have been working hard in the communities they hope to represent and today we can reveal another success in our fight against graffiti.
Further to the success with the East End Park sub station and Scottish Power's agreement to remove the graffiti, again, we can report that the management company for the ex Volvo garage on Glasgow Road have responded positively to the Labour candidates requests to have the graffiti removed. Both Jim and Rayleen thanked the company for their assistance and asked for their continued support for the community in their fight against the scourge of graffiti.
